This door offers various workshops that focus on generating project ideas that participants can build on by preparing business models and a clear vision for their projects. The Visitors’ Journey here covers innovation methodologies and strategies that assess the innovation process, thus leading to the materialization of ideas and turning them into prototypes fit for testing. The Journey also covers mechanisms through which feasibility studies can be conducted and shows participants how to draw roadmaps for their project while highlighting projects’ basic features and components, thereby providing the necessary information for a “chance of success” assessment. Overview:
The Start Door offers a series of specialized workshops aimed at building business ideas, enabling visitors to develop a business model and gain a clear vision for their projects. The journey for beneficiaries includes learning about innovation methodologies and the strategies entrepreneurs use to transform their ideas into prototypes, test them, and prepare them for market entry. This journey also encompasses the process of creating a feasibility study for businesses and projects, outlining its essential features and components to assess the chances of success and chart a roadmap for emerging ventures.

· Capacity: 45 seats per room
· Training Opportunities: 16,650 Opportunities
· Schedule: Track halls run 3 times a day; workshop halls run 5 times a day
Overview of the Sponsor Stage:
Beneficiaries have the chance to present their projects to incubators and accelerators for direct assessment, learn about various types of support available for their project ideas, and receive feedback for improvement and development.
This phase is divided into:
1. Identifying and Selecting Incubators:
· Assessing needs
· Developing a list of proposed incubators
· Number of Incubators: 20
2. Presentation of Projects:
· Beneficiaries present their projects to funders and accelerators, providing a platform to showcase their ideas and demonstrate their value.
3. Project Evaluation:
· Beneficiaries receive immediate feedback and evaluations from experts.
· Feedback helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of the projects.
· Beneficiaries are able to learn about the different types of support they can receive, whether funding, consulting, or technical, depending on their needs.
