The project aims to support small and medium-sized factories in their journey toward digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It offers integrated solutions starting with an assessment using the international SIRI (Smart Industry Readiness Index) framework to determine the current state, followed by the development of a customized roadmap tailored to the factory’s financial capabilities and target timeline.
