Through the E-Commerce Door at Biban24 Forum, Monsha'at aims to increase awareness of the importance of e-commerce and support the shift toward modern retail, contributing to the growth of the Saudi economy. It also seeks to meet the demands of the entrepreneurial and e-commerce environment by providing workshops, consultations, and mentorship programs. In addition, it supports existing business owners who aim to grow and expand by connecting them with service providers related to e-commerce, helping them enter the world of modern retail, establish new projects, smoothly overcome the startup phase, and understand the stages of investment, government procedures, and supporting entities.

Visitor Journey

The E-Commerce Door comprises 10 sections. Visitors begin their journey at the Monsha'at section, followed by the E-Commerce Council, the E-Commerce Initiatives section, Product and Service Development Platforms, Digital Solutions, Digital Payments and FinTech, Online Marketplaces, Supply Chains, Emerging Technologies, and Modern Retail.

 

Workshops

The door features two halls for workshops, with a total of eight trainers. There will also be a dedicated stage for expert speakers in e-commerce.
