More than 39 leaders and experts are participating in the “Volunteer with Your Expertise” initiative at Biban Forum 2025, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) from November 5 to 8, 2025, at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center.

Held under the theme “Global Destination for Opportunities,” the initiative aims to harness the experience of leaders in the entrepreneurial and investment sectors to support entrepreneurs and provide them with tailored guidance for their projects.

“Volunteer with Your Expertise” is one of the pioneering national initiatives launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the field of specialized volunteering. The initiative reflects the Ministry’s commitment to promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and enabling professionals to transfer their practical experience to entrepreneurs and investors through mentoring sessions and voluntary consultations. These efforts help participants overcome challenges and develop their projects.

As part of Biban Forum 2025, more than 39 experts, including government officials, CEOs, company founders, and specialists in human resources and organizational development, will share their expertise in areas such as institutional development, investment, entrepreneurship, governance, and human resource management. All of them are fields that directly impact the growth of small and medium enterprises.

The initiative seeks to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting entrepreneurs with experienced practitioners, encouraging knowledge exchange, enhancing project efficiency, and supporting an innovation and knowledge-driven economy.
