The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) revealed that Biban Forum 2025, scheduled to take place from November 5 to 8 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities,” will witness the announcement of billion-dollar initiatives aimed at supporting the SME sector and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. The event will also feature the signing of several local and international agreements designed to drive the growth and sustainability of innovative ventures.
The agreements and initiatives are expected to cover the technology, tourism, entertainment, education, and financial services sectors, in order to enhance integration between the public and private sectors and provide a stimulating environment for the growth and expansion of startups within and outside the Kingdom, reflecting the rapid development of the Saudi entrepreneurship ecosystem as a major driver of the national economy.
International agreements set to be signed include partnerships with several countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Qatar, among others. The forum will also introduce investment opportunities and dedicated funding rounds for entrepreneurs and startup founders, with the participation of leading investment firms, angel investors, and venture capital funds, all aimed at enhancing access to finance and building strategic partnerships that foster innovation and market growth.
These agreements are designed to attract regional and global startups to operate within the Saudi market, marking a strategic step toward solidifying the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for investment and entrepreneurship, and as a premier destination for talent and emerging ventures from around the world.
Through Biban Forum 2025, Monsha’at continues to empower the entrepreneurial ecosystem by launching impactful programs and forging strategic partnerships with public and private entities. The initiative aims to further increase the contribution of SMEs to the national economy and expand the frontiers of innovation and growth in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a thriving and diversified economy.
